How much does the bookkeeping service cost?
We charge a flat monthly fee starting at $200, and your exact rate will be based on your business needs and transaction volume – which we will discuss during your complimentary consultation.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not at all. We work online as well as offline serving the entire New York Metro area, using the cloud as a facilitator for our initial consultation, and from onboarding to ongoing work.
How do I share my documents and statements with you?
You will upload documents through our secure app. We will walk you through the easy setup process when you get started with us.
I'm a new business owner and have no idea how to get started on bookkeeping. Can you get me setup on QuickBooks Online?
Congrats on your new business! And yes, we can! You can schedule a Zoom consultation where we will walk you through the initial QuickBooks Online setup, after which you will send us requested documentation and we will log in to your QuickBooks and complete the setup process.
How much of my time will this take on a monthly basis?
Very little. Once we complete the initial setup, you will just need to provide documents periodically. Most clients spend less than 30 minutes per month.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
QuickBooks is our software of choice but we also use others such as Sage, Xero, Freshbooks – if you are using a software, chances are we are still using it or have used it in the past.
Will I be locked into a long-term contract?
No contracts required. We work on a month-to-month basis because we want you to stay with us based on the value we provide, not because you are locked in.
Can I trust that you will provide me with accurate and timely reports each month?
Yes you can! As long as you supply us with timely and accurate information and source documents when needed, we will input and reconcile in the shortest time possible so you can have your relevant reports – accurate and timely.
Will you communicate with my CPA if required?
Yes we will! We liasion with our clients’ CPA when required because we know how important it is for us to be on the same page in order to provide you with the best services.
