HOW IT WORKS AT APO
All work is done at our office instead of yours. This is most suitable for creatives, freelancers, solopreneurs and small businesses operating out of a home and/or do not have the capacity or resources to hire a full-time on-site bookkeeper. We handle all business bookkeeping aspects including Invoicing & Billing – accessing your relevant business information that you have uploaded to us and processing them to our software or yours in the cloud.
All work is done at your office instead of ours. You can choose to have a once per week, once per month, or quarterly bookkeeping update and choose the day or days best suited to your schedule. We handle all business bookkeeping aspects including Invoicing & Billing – retrieving and filing away business paperwork as needed and processing the information into your bookkeeping software.
Our bookkeeping software of choice are QuickBooks and Sage. However, we are equipped with all modern bookkeeping software and chances are if you are using it, we already have it. If you do not own a bookkeeping software, and do not wish to own one, we will have your bookkeeping done in one of ours and provide you with the necessary reporting for your business as well as provide your CPA with the relevant reports for tax filing purposes.
Translate your bookkeeping and accounting education and skills into an accounting software. We train you or your employees to use QuickBooks Online/Windows/Mac or Sage. From setting up the Chart of Accounts – which is the backbone of the accounting system, to updating the General Ledger, setting up your Customers and Vendors to Invoicing and billing them, and receiving their payments and paying their bills. You can learn QuickBooks and Sage comprehensively or learn the features that your business will use.
Whether you’re a new business just started up a few months back and have not been doing any bookkeeping, or an existing business who for one reason or another has fallen behind on your bookkeeping, we can help. And you have the option of having us get you caught up and then handing the bookkeeping reigns back over to you, or getting you caught up and continuing the update on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
We can accommodate any rushed work you may need to get done in order to meet a deadline – on any day of the week.
